1.    We will have only 2 time slots of classes daily –

a.    4:30 pm to 7:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm from Monday to Thursday

b.    9:30 am to 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays

2.    We will not be attending students as per the time schedules recommended by the students as per their convenience. The students will have to select either of the above mentioned time slots.

3.    There will no more be mixed classes where students of multiple classes shall be managed by a single teacher. Each class is to have same grade students to attend the session for which there will be a dedicated teacher assigned.

4.    Like last year, this year also, we have restricted the admissions per session to 10 students for each teacher. That is, teacher to student ratio will continue to be 1:10.

5.    We will have dedicated teachers assigned to just grades 9 to 12. They will not be attending to students of any other grade levels.

6.    The admissions will be based on first come-first serve basis. Hence, we will close each batch as and how it fills.

7.    The classes will start during the month of March for students appearing for their board exams next year (10th and 12th grades)

8.    We will be launching an MIS report to parents which will be sent every fortnightly to the parents that will detail the status of portions and performance of their child.

9.    Parents will not be allowed to meet the teacher or Principal without prior appointment. This is to ensure that the respective teacher is not disturbed during the sessions. Prior appointments can help the teacher in charge to schedule and plan the class accordingly or even take the help of a teacher assistant.

10.    The fee dates will be determined as follows:

a.    Every student who joins the class on or before 15th of the Month will have the fee due date as 10th of every month.

b.    Every student who joins the class after 15th of the Month will have to pay half the fee on 25th and full fee on every 10th of the subsequent months.

c.    Wherever there is a delay in the fee payment due date more than a week will cease to continue their classes with the institute.

11.     Students are required to adhere to and comply with the instructions of tutors and principals as established by the institute. Any form of misconduct will be met with disciplinary repercussions and corrective measures.

12.     Students must meticulously comply with the designated schedules for their classes. The institute shall not be held responsible for any shortcoming in class duration resulting from a student's absenteeism.

Please note that the above decisions and amendments have been made purely to ensure each and every child get 100% individual attention and bring better results during the exams. Any kind of waivers to the above conditions will be under pure discretion of the management or delegates as decided by the management.
